In the biomass segment, the company develops and produces generators for the utilisation of process heat. These generators are used in biogas, bio-oil and wood gasification plants as well as solar thermal systems employing an ORC process and supply the power won from the waste heat to a central power supply system via a power inverter.
ORC turbines for the utilisation of excess process heat
Do you operate a combined heat and power plant for the conversion of renewable or fossil energies into electricity and are you unable to fully utilise the exhaust gas and/or engine waste heat?
Our technology offers the possibility to utilise either waste heat or exhaust gas and engine heat for the production of electricity and heat. Our ORC systems offer the possibility to produce an extra 30 or 60 kWel net from, e.g. 175 or 350 k for additional grid connection. Our simple yet rugged machines are designed for continuous operation for up to 8,500 hours p.a.
