Stromag GmbH enters the electronic drive technology market.
Development of control systems for assembly lines in the automotive industry. Eddy current couplings used to adjust the speed of three-phase motors.

1983

Stromag introduces the first generation of servo drives.
Stromatic CAT and CVT servo amplifiers with 19" rack technology with brush-type servo motors launched on to the market.

1990

The era of brushless drive technology begins with the analog servo amplifiers CEN and CEC (19") and brushless servo motors.

1995

Digital servo drive systems with VeCon electronic control.
Type series ADC/ADF/ADM/CDC.

2001

Lust Antriebstechnik GmbH buys Stromag Elektronik GmbH.
The family-run company with its headquarters in Lahnau, Hesse (Germany), has been developing products in the field of drive and automation technology since 1971.

2002

Stromag Elektronik GmbH renamed to Lust DriveTronics GmbH.
Lust Antriebstechnik GmbH and Lust DriveTronics GmbH introduce a new 150 kW servo amplifier with sinusoidal energy recovery system at the Hanover trade fair.

2005

Work on a new building for Lust DriveTronics GmbH on a 10,000 square metre property in the industrial park of the city of Unna begins.
It takes only six months before the office building and a production hall with a useful area of more than 4,000 square metres are ready for occupancy.

2006

Establishment of the Chinese company Lust Reenergy Systems (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. with its headquarters in Shanghai on an area of 2,500 square metres.

2007

Work on a new building close to the LTi REEnergy building in Unna.

2009

Foundation of LTi ELECTRONiCS as Electronic Manufacturing Service Provider for the complete know-how in the field of layout and logistics

Sale of the electric pitch controls area in wind energy plants to Moog Inc.

On September 9, Mr. Karl-Heinz Lust, the founder of LTi, Sensitec and Levitec, passed away at the age of 63
